Qualifying programs are programs that the center targets graduates who wish to join the job, each in his field of specialization. The center qualifies the trainees according to the job requirements, standards, grade, and level. Qualifying programs also provide the employee with the knowledge and skill required for promotion to a higher job grade. That is, these programs are directed to both graduates and those who are on the job, as the period of training programs extends from three months to 48 months.
